Q: Where do you ship from?
A: BellePup is a proudly Australian-owned and operated brand. To bring you a wide and affordable range of stylish designs, we partner with amazing suppliers worldwide to ship you our products. While some products ship from our warehouse, some other products ship directly from worldwide warehouses for us to minimise the maintenance cost.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is processed (typically within 1-3 business days), standard shipping to where you live usually takes between 7-12 business days to arrive. However there may be delays due to uncontrollable circumstances. We understand you're excited to receive your order, and we promise these adorable outfits are worth the short wait!
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer a $10 flat rate for standard shipping across Australia and free shipping if you purchase over $50. You can view the final shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. We also frequently have shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
Q: What is your return policy?
We want you and your pup to be happy! If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@bellepup.com.au
within 7 days of receiving it, along with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the delivery is delayed over 3 days, we will provide a $10 voucher so keep that in mind.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
We strongly encourage measuring your pet carefully against the size chart on each product page to avoid disappointment. If you do order the wrong size, please contact us. While we handle these on a case-by-case basis, we can typically offer a store credit upon return of the item in its original condition.
Q: Who is Miya? A: Miya is the heart and soul of BellePup! She's our 9-month-old Cavoodle whose parents were inspired to create this brand after struggling to find high-quality, stylish, and affordable clothes for her right here in Australia. You can read our full story on our About Us page!
